I've been using it consistently for three months. There's visibly less hair collecting in the shower drain, and the strands on my morning comb are nothing like they used to be. It lathers richly and rinses out easily — if you're on the fence, just be patient.

My scalp used to get oily really fast — by mid-afternoon my hair would look stringy. Since switching to this, things have balanced out and my hair even stays clean into the second day. And despite being sulfate-free, it lathers really well, which is a nice bonus.
